Hiring a Registered Nurse for a Fertility Clinic in NYC Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for women's health and reproductive medicine to join our rapidly growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a high-touch, fast-paced fertility environment, supporting both patients and physicians in delivering exceptional care. Responsibilities + Support fertility physicians with IVF and fertility patients. + Teach and manage injection classes for IVF patients. + Provide medication education, refills, and ongoing patient communication. + Review and manage lab results; coordinate follow-up and treatment adjustments. + Collaborate closely with physicians to ensure proper medication protocols. + Engage in a daily mix of patient-facing care and administrative/lab follow-up work. Essential Skills + Active NY RN license. + Minimum 2 years of RN experience. + Experience in fertility/reproductive health or hospital-based settings. + Excellent communication and patient-facing skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in surgical, perioperative, or procedural settings (pre-op/post-op). + Experience in specialty or multi-specialty clinics with hands-on patient care. + Friendly and proactive personality. Work Environment The work environment is dynamic and supportive, with a schedule of 40 hours per week. Weekday shifts occur between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with typical shifts being 7:00 AM u2013 3:00 PM or 11:00 AM u2013 7:00 PM. There are rotational Saturday shifts from 9:00 AM u2013 5:00 PM, with a compensatory Monday off. Flexibility is required as candidates must be open to both opening and closing shifts across Midtown and Downtown offices. IVF procedures are based out of the Madison Ave location, with additional locations in Tribeca and Midtown East.Hiri Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr. The company name is Ferny Fertility.
