Key Responsibilities: General Ledger & Month-End Close + Support the month-end closing process by reconciling assigned accounts and preparing/posting journal entries. + Complete bank and other account reconciliations accurately and on schedule. Financial Reporting & Analysis + Assist the Senior Controller and Controller in preparing monthly financial statements. + Provide revenue and expense analysis for month-end and ad hoc reporting needs. + Support the team during year-end audits and the annual budget process. + Participate in other financial analysis initiatives as assigned. Cross-Departmental Collaboration & Support + Prepare schedules, research accounting issues, and work daily with Staff Accountants, Accounts Payable, Controllers, and accounting systems staff. + Back up team members as needed and assist in the training of new employees. + Take initiative on special projects and demonstrate a strong team-oriented mindset.
