Job Title: Spice Room Technician Job Description Join our dynamic team in Swedesboro, NJ, where you'll play a crucial role in our private label marinades and BBQ sauces production facility. As a Spice Room Technician, you will be responsible for handling and processing spices for production. This includes measuring ingredients according to specific batch requirements using an ingredient sheet. SE HABLA ESPANOL SHIFT: Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 1:30 am Responsibilities + Dump and sort spices in the spice room. + Measure out spices for specific batches according to an ingredient sheet. + Unload empty glass or plastic bottles onto the production line. + Take finished products off the production line and palletize them. Essential Skills + Packing experience. + Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly. + Warehouse experience. + Packaging and palletizing experience. + Material handling skills. + Loading and unloading experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications + General labor experience is advantageous. + No previous experience necessary. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 1:30 am, with availability needed on some Fridays. Our clean production facility is located in an Industrial Park in Swedesboro, NJ. It is a large production facility producing marinades, salad dressings, and BBQ sauces. While the building is temperature controlled, it can still be impacted by the weather due to the use of industrial mixers and ovens. You must be able to stand for long periods and work in an environment exposed to allergens such as milk, egg, mustard, peanuts, fish, sulfites, sesame, soy, tree nuts, and wheat. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.42 - $20.42/hr.
