Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Production Supervisor for a top manufacturing client. This individual will lead daily production operations by supervising teams to meet safety, quality, and delivery goals while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing environment. Day to day, the Production Supervisor will set and track production targets, analyze work orders, create labor and machine schedules, and adjust processes to meet changing demands. They will coach and develop employees, manage overtime and timekeeping, inspect parts for quality, assist operators with machine adjustments, and review production performance through daily reports and meetings. This role partners closely with Operations, Quality, and Leadership to drive continuous improvement, resolve production issues, implement process and equipment enhancements, and ensure operational excellence in a fastu2011paced manufacturing environment.
