Design, develop, test, validate, and analyze models and advanced algorithms to extract optimal value from the data Develop and apply customized algorithms or models to key business metrics with the goal of improving operations or answering business questions. Implement automated processes for efficiently producing scalable models Interpret results, predict future data trends and other data foresights, and propose strategic business solutions Train and mentor the data management team and other VHB subject matter experts on new or updated proceduresSkills and Attributes Data Management & Analysis: Proficiency in managing large datasets and understanding data structures. Statistical analysis experience Prescriptive and predictive analysis for operations, planning, and decision makingTechnical Skills: Experience with tools and software such as Databricks, SQL, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI. Working with large spatial and non-spatial datasets, API's, web services, cloud data platforms Data manipulation skills using various scripting languages like Python or R.
