Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. + 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role. + 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc). + 3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership. + Experience building digital advertising products, with an emphasis on programmatic or RTB (real-time bidding) advertising platforms. Preferred qualifications: + Master's degree in a technology or business related field. + 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders. + 5 years of product management experience with technical products (B2B enterprise products preferred). + 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership. Display and Video 360 (DV360) is Googleu2019s market-leading programmatic demand-side platform (DSP), serving Googleu2019s largest advertising clients and agencies. DV360 optimizes ad campaigns across Googleu2019s owned-and-operated inventory (YouTube, Demand Gen, and more) as well as a broad set of non-Google digital publishers. We seek to support our enterprise buyers, help maintain the free and open internet by supporting publishers, and protect the browsing experience for all users on the open web. Weu2019re made up of multiple teams, building Googleu2019s Advertising products including search, display, shopping, travel and video advertising, as well as analytics. Our teams create trusted experiences between people and businesses with useful ads. We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$278,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities + Lead Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) by collaborating with partner teams (e.g., engineers, PgMs, UX) during product design and development to implement the requirements to turn PRDs into OKRs for multiple teams. + Lead the DV3 Performance pod, owning optimization/frequency management, measurement, audience, aiming, planning and forecasting, and policy. + Drive development and secure buy-in for a product that identifies, defines, and supports the overall product narrative and direction, achieving an outcome that is greater than the sum of its parts. + Manage validation of market size and opportunity (e.g., user-based, strategic opportunity, business).
