LCPtracker Support Consultant Adaptive Construction Solutions - Houston, TX, United States LCPtracker Support Consultant Compensation & Benefits u2022 Salary range: $65,000 u2013 $75,000 annually u2022 Comprehensive benefits package ________________________________________ Position Summary The LCPtracker Support Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation, administration, and ongoing support of LCPtracker compliance software for company projects. This role serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for LCPtracker, supporting internal teams, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate prevailing wage compliance and project reporting. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Project Setup & Implementation u2022 Lead LCPtracker implementation for new projects, including full system configuration. u2022 Complete and manage all project start-up documentation. u2022 Verify total contract values before entry into LCPtracker to ensure data accuracy. u2022 Confirm proper jurisdiction setup within LCPtracker. u2022 Ensure projects are successfully established in coordination with the LCPtracker Customer Success Manager. u2022 Facilitate onboarding of subcontractors and contractors within the LCPtracker system. Compliance & Data Accuracy u2022 Verify wage determinations and worker classifications with Payroll Specialists before payroll uploads. u2022 Review submitted payrolls and documentation for completeness and accuracy. u2022 Resolve LCPtracker error codes and provide corrective guidance. u2022 Address and resolve issues related to missing or incorrect documentation. u2022 Ensure compliance with prevailing wage and reporting requirements. Contractor & Subcontractor Support u2022 Provide front-end technical and process support to contractors and subcontractors. u2022 Create and manage user access and login credentials for contractors and subcontractors. u2022 Educate contractors and subcontractors on proper payroll submission procedures within LCPtracker. u2022 Provide ongoing guidance and distribute LCPtracker resources and instructional materials. Client & Stakeholder Engagement u2022 Serve as the LCPtracker Subject Matter Expert (SME) in client meetings. u2022 Lead presentations and training sessions for contractors and subcontractors. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution and compliance. ________________________________________ Qualifications u2022 Experience with LCPtracker required. u2022 Strong understanding of prevailing wage laws and classifications. u2022 Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. u2022 Strong communication and presentation abilities. u2022 Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
