Location Metro Description The Real estate Processor processes all Home Equity secured credit requests and assists branches when needed. The salary range for this position is $21.00-$23.00/hr. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: >Monitors and manages workflow of home equity applications and servicing queue. >Tracking status and ensuring timely turnaround of all home equity requests. >Ordering exhibits and preparing all related documentation. >Reviewing exhibits as received and clearing conditions. >Acts as liaison with all outside entities related to real estate loans. >Complete quality control review of home equity loan/line of credit documentation after closing. >Responsible for interest rate changes and other servicing duties with Advantage serviced real estate loans. >Provides assistance/operational support to all lending staff to ensure timely
