Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee and manage all phases of commercial real estate closings, including preparation and review of documentation. u2022 Conduct thorough title and survey reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance. u2022 Collaborate with attorneys and clients to address transactional needs and resolve issues. u2022 Draft and edit legal documents with precision and attention to detail. u2022 Coordinate with various stakeholders on multifamily housing transactions and affordable housing projects. u2022 Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations throughout all processes. u2022 Maintain organized records and documentation for real estate transactions. u2022 Provide legal support and guidance to clients regarding commercial real estate matters. u2022 Research and analyze legal information related to commercial real estate and housing projects.
