What You'll Do Manage cases from referral through final judgment, including drafting pleadings and briefs, and representing CSI at trial. Prosecute administrative actions related to insurance and securities fraud and then represent CSI in potential appeals. Represent CSI in civil litigation. Collaborate with state and federal partners to prosecute complex white-collar criminal cases. Exercise meaningful autonomy in your casework, supported by a team that values collegiality, excellence, and public service. Exceptional legal research and writing skills. The ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. Membership in good standing in the State Bar of Montana, or the ability to become a member by an agreed-upon date.
