Also, responsible for meeting all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standardsand maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. Functions as a team member within the department andorganization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.Primary Responsibilities:Supervise associates to include, but not limited to: staffing, training, coaching, payroll processing and performance management andproblem resolution.Manages, compiles and distributes all statistical reports, i.e. net yield, usage, capital expenditure requests, etc. Manages pricingprocess for all products. Buying and Rotation of product.Review work schedule and oversee the perform safety check on equipment, obtain supplies required to perform the work and preparefor operations.Assist meat cutters, wrappers, packers and sanitizers, as needed.At the end of the shift, secure all equipment and complete all necessary paperwork and reports.Coordinate team 's efforts to ensure efficient and effective meat cutting, wrapping and packing process.Performs other related duties as assigned.
