Primary Responsibilities. The Senior Enterprise Instructional Designer is responsible for creating blended leadership learning journeys that drive measurable behavior change. This role builds curriculum, cohort experiences, and reinforcement systems aligned to enterprise culture shaping concepts and leadership behaviors. You will lead the creation of high-impact learning solutions that drive organizational excellence. Your primary focus will be designing leadership curricula that embed the Leidos High Performing Teams (HPT) framework into the fabric of our leadership and management practices. CURRICULUM STRATEGY: Architect end-to-end learning paths for mid-to-senior leaders, moving beyond one-off training to create sustainable behavioral change. Convert external frameworks into internal intellectual property. Design blended learning journeys (cohort, experiential, microlearning). Build facilitator guides, participant materials, and reinforcement tools. MULTI-MODAL DELIVERY: Develop diverse assets including immersive workshops, digital micro-learning, social learning frameworks, and performance support tools. IMPACT MEASUREMENT: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate how instructional interventions improve team cohesion and leadership effectiveness. INSTRUCTIONAL MASTERY: Deep knowledge of adult learning theory (ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick) with a knack for simplifying the complex. FACILITATION FLAIR: Ability to design
