This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. This position offers steady firstu2011shift hours, weekly pay, and a full benefits package. Key Responsibilities + Receive and process inbound shipments via small parcel carriers, LTL freight, and company trucks + Verify shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper documentation + Enter receipts and inventory movements accurately into the warehouse system + Perform product putu2011away and maintain accurate bin and location assignments + Process customer returns and internal stock transfers + Assist with order picking, packing, and shipping as needed + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse workspace + Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts + Maintain adequate supplies of boxes, labels, and packing materials + Work collaboratively with warehouse and operations team members Qualifications + Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience preferred + Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical warehouse tasks + Basic computer skills and attention to detail + Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
