Job Title: Production Associate Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate, where you will play a key role in our shipping, receiving, and production operations. We are seeking individuals with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude, ready to engage in various tasks within our manufacturing and distribution environment. Responsibilities + Work in shipping/receiving or on the production team, with flexibility to learn different roles. + Assemble adhesives and package orders for customers. + Cut rolls of fireproof tape to size. + Measure the correct milliliter amount of hardener and inject it into glue products. + Repackage glue, caulk, adhesives, and similar products. Essential Skills + 1-2 years of shipping/receiving experience. + 6 months of packaging experience, including operating wrapping equipment. + Ability to measure and weigh accurately. + Proficient in simple addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication. + Experience with UPS or using Ship Gear package tracking system. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to measure up to and including decimal calculations. + Capable of picking and packing items up to 50 lbs. + Proficient in using hand tools and working on an assembly line. + Strong attendance and punctuality record. The standard workweek runs Monday through Thursday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with a lunch break from 12:15 PM to 1 PM. The dress code is business casual.
