Provides Senior level project management, administrative and engineering support for Sponsor communications-based projects. Required Skills: TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance u2022 Six (6) or more years direct experience with Sponsor tactical communications projects and design including ICOM/Motorola/Harris equipment and its use. Experience with programming and installing tactical radio equipment. u2022 Bachelors Degree (Equivalent Experience may be Substituted for Educational Requirement) u2022 Direct experience with Sponsor systems including BASIS, GENESIS, approval memos and message preparation. u2022 Solid background in and understanding of current installation procedures (CIP) and field training of personnel. u2022 Ability to explain technical procedures and processes and results of site surveys clearly and accurately. u2022 Strong knowledge of tactical systems u2022 Ability to completely understand and respond to customers comprehensive tactical requirements u2022 Ability to give details to both technical and non-technical audiences u2022 Ability to adhere to security and safety standards, counter-intelligence and applicable communications policies and procedures u2022 Knowledge of procurement processes u2022 Ability to independently perform specialized equipment and system installations, modifications, and upgrades. u2022 Ability to test, identify, and resolve most tier 1 and tier 2 equipment and system problems u2022 Willingness to perform extended TDYs in dangerous/hostile environments u2022 Ability to be medically and administratively cleared for travel u2022 Ability to successfully qualify for weapons training u2022 Working knowledge of policies and regulations related to the completion of assigned work u2022 Ability to excel independently and in a team environment u2022 Ability to work at heights and successfully complete Fall Protection training (Tower Climbing Certification required) u2022 Must be able to achieve level 1 Sponsor Certification within 1 year of start date Optional Skills: Knowledge of RF concepts Experience deploying to Sponsor or DoD field environments Experience supporting technical administrative duties. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
