How do I make an impact on my team?The Bistro Café by Courtyard Marriott is a fast casual dining experience. We offer refreshing to-go options as well as full sit-down options for breakfast and dinner including food, cocktails, wine, beer, and Starbucks coffee. You will welcome guests and deliver exceptional dining experiences through attentive service, warm interactions, and a passion for great food.Take service orders and communicate them to the kitchenCheck back frequently with guests to ensure all needs and expectations are being metPost payments using the point-of-service computer systemPrepare checks for guestsRemoves dishes and glasses from tables or counters, taking them to the back to get washedWhat Success Looks LikesThree or more months of previous restaurant experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMotivated to maintain excellent customer service reputationAbility to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced settingWhat Will You Get At NCG Hospitality?
