We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our accounting team. Responsibilities: * Process vendor invoices and ensure all payments are timely and accurate * Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery receipts * Monitor and respond to vendor inquiries * Prepare weekly payment runs (check, ACH, wire) * Maintain up-to-date vendor records including W-9s and 1099 compliance * Support month-end close and AP reconciliations * Collaborate with corporate teams to resolve any AP issues * Assist with audit preparation and documentation Requirements: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) * 2+ years of AP or general accounting experience * Experience in a multi-location/franchise environment is a plus * Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage X3, or similar) * Solid Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.) * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines * A proactive, team-player mindset with great communication skills Why Join Us: * Competitive salary * Health, dental, and vision benefits * 401(k) * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding fitness brand * A passionate and purpose-driven culture that supports work-life balance
