LEARN's contracts team will handle all insurance paneling and billing to health plansPsychometry support is availableWork collaborating withclinical teams andcolleagues from other statesdedicated to clinicalexcellenceCompetitive compensation package Make a profound difference for families by providing the necessary evaluations,support and recommendationsrequired for them to begin the services they need. Some essential functions may include:Conducting comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and assessments with children and adolescents todeterminethe presence of various neurodevelopmental conditions, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other intellectual disabilitiesAdministering, scoring, and interpretingrequireddevelopmental and psychological assessments measuresCompleting psychological reports, progress notes, treatment plans, and other documentationin accordance withcompany practicesProviding individual, family, and/or group therapyOpportunities for supervision of staff and traineesMaintaining state license, completing required continuing education, and staying current on literature around evidence-based practices and interventionsOur ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:Clinical experience diagnosing autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and communication disordersFamiliarity with the ADOS-2 assessment preferredComfortable with new diagnostic technologiesExperience with toddlers preferredBilingual in Spanish/English is preferred but notrequiredPhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited universityLLP or LP, licensed in the state ofVirginiaAbility to work cohesively with a team of other licensed cliniciansLEARN Behavioral is an equal opportunity employer.
