As the first and last impression for our clients, our receptionists play a vital role in ensuring every visit is a positive, seamless, and welcoming experience.What You’ll Do:Be the face of our clinic! Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a welcoming environment.Deliver outstanding client service. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist clients with questions about services, products, and pet care.Be a problem solver. Help manage client concerns with patience, empathy, and efficiency.Keep things running smoothly. Maintain accurate client and patient records, process payments, and ensure efficient communication between pet owners and our veterinary team.Stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
