Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience in bookkeeping or accounting, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with financial software applications. Responsibilities: u2022 Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. u2022 Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes to support smooth financial operations. u2022 Process invoices and maintain accurate billing records. u2022 Enter and update financial data with precision and efficiency. u2022 Utilize QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks. u2022 Ensure compliance with organizational standards and financial regulations. u2022 Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. u2022 Travel to field operations as needed to support financial activities. u2022 Provide support for day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting tasks. u2022 Maintain organized documentation and records for auditing and reporting purposes. Requirements u2022 High school diploma required; a bacheloru2019s degree is preferred. u2022 At least two years of experience in financial services, with a focus on accounting or bookkeeping. u2022 Proficiency in QuickBooks and other financial software such as SAP and Oracle. u2022 Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. u2022 Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities. u2022 High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. u2022 Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screenings. u2022 Willingness to travel occasionally for field operations.
