Job Title: Product Development EngineerJob Description This role will focus on the full lifecycle of new product development and continuous improvement of our stainless steel medical equipment and related accessories. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, has strong mechanical design skills, and understands the unique demands of healthcare-grade products such as cleanability, durability, infection control, and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities + Lead the full lifecycle of new product development for stainless steel medical equipment. + Continuously improve existing products with a focus on healthcare-grade requirements. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative solutions. + Ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of cleanability and durability. + Utilize SolidWorks for designing and improving medical devices. + Develop and implement manufacturing processes including laser cutting, CNC bending, and TIG welding. + Build and test prototypes to ensure product reliability and efficiency. Essential Skills + Bacheloru2019s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field. + 3u20137 years of experience in mechanical product design and development. + Proficiency in SolidWorks, including sheet metal, weldments, and surfacing tools. + Strong understanding of manufacturing processes like laser cutting, CNC bending, and TIG welding. + Hands-on experience building and testing prototypes. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with welded sheet-metal or stainless steel products is strongly preferred.
