Responsibilities: u2022 Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and records to ensure compliance with regulations and accuracy. u2022 Perform account and bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. u2022 Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently and accurately. u2022 Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely reporting. u2022 Contribute to budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning. u2022 Maintain and enhance accounting systems and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. u2022 Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits to ensure compliance. u2022 Safeguard the confidentiality and security of financial data. u2022 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights and support decision-making. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in handling accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes. u2022 Strong knowledge of general ledger management and journal entries. u2022 Experience with bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records. u2022 Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. u2022 Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. u2022 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. u2022 Familiarity with accounting systems and tools to streamline processes. u2022 Excellent communication skills to effectively present financial information.
