Join our dedicated team at Bethany Rehabilitation & Health Care Center and help support the financial operations that allow us to provide exceptional care to our residents.Position: Accounts Receivable AssistantSchedule:Full-Time | Day ShiftMonday - Friday1 weekend per monthManager on Duty (MOD) responsibilities: approximately 2 evenings per monthKey ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain accounts receivable for a skilled nursing facilityProcess and track Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and Private Pay billingFollow up on outstanding claims and unpaid balancesReconcile resident accounts and resolve billing discrepanciesCommunicate with residents, families, and insurance providers regarding billingMaintain accurate financial records and documentationAssist with month-end A/R reporting and collectionsServe as MOD during scheduled evening shiftsQualifications✔ Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)✔ Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing processes✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the administrative team✔ Proficiency with billing software and Microsoft OfficeWhy Join Bethany?Supportive leadership teamStable full-time scheduleOpportunity to grow within a respected healthcare organizationMeaningful work supporting resident care?
