Urgent Need - General Laborer Pay Rate - 20/hr Job Description This position involves performing sanding and cleaning duties related to the creation of solar panel frames. The role requires working in both sitting and standing positions throughout the entire shift, with a production goal of 25-30 skins per day while maintaining minimal errors. Responsibilities + Perform sanding of carbon fiber material to specifications. + Apply alcohol to clean the material after sanding. + Communicate the performed work to Lead/Supervisor, detailing the process followed. + Accept feedback from the quality inspector and perform rework tasks if necessary. + Maintain cleanliness in the work area. + Ensure effective communication and collaboration with team members.
