As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Quality and Operations department supporting global teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong critical thinking, excellent technical writing skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize effectively, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Project Coordinator Location: Temecula, CA Pay Range: $ 30/hr What's the Job? + Support integration activities by leading project management efforts and executing change management responsibilities. + Prepare project plans and schedules using project management tools, collaborating with team members to understand tasks necessary for project completion. + Direct project execution by assigning tasks, tracking schedules, identifying risks, and developing contingency plans. + Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate project status effectively. + Resolve project issues by working closely with team members, project customers, and other stakeholders. What's Needed? + Bacheloru2019s degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent. + Experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or ISO 9001 environments preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. + Strong critical thinking and technical writing skills. + Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize daily work routines to meet deadlines.
