Description We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This is a PART-TIME role where you can see between 24-30 hours of consistent work. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to provide essential IT support and ensure smooth technical operations within a dynamic paper and packaging industry environment. The role requires onsite presence and focuses on delivering effective solutions to hardware and software challenges. Responsibilities: u2022 Diagnose and resolve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. u2022 Configure and image PCs and laptops to meet organizational standards. u2022 Set up and maintain workstations, ensuring optimal functionality. u2022 Install and connect printers and other hardware devices to the network. u2022 Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware and software concerns. u2022 Upgrade and maintain hardware components to enhance performance. u2022 Assist with software installations, updates, and problem resolution. u2022 Provide technical support in a data center environment. u2022 Address and resolve workstation hardware issues efficiently. u2022 Document and report technical problems and resolutions for future reference. Requirements u2022 Proven experience with laptop and workstation hardware setup and maintenance. u2022 Strong skills in imaging and configuring laptops. u2022 Proficiency in hardware and software installation and upgrades. u2022 Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. u2022 Familiarity with printer setup and connectivity. u2022 Knowledge of desktop support in a detail-oriented environment. u2022 Experience working in a data center setting. u2022 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
