WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST Responsibilities: Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely meal preparation. Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist with food plating and presentation. Contribute to a positive and supportive kitchen environment. Follow instructions from the Head Chef and Kitchen Manager. Assist with inventory control and restocking. Qualifications: Extensive experience in large catering and banquet operations is required. Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-volume kitchen environment. Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Excellent knife skills and culinary techniques. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
