Description We are looking for a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of bookkeeping functions in a dynamic environment. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Responsibilities: u2022 Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. u2022 Perform monthly bank reconciliations to maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records. u2022 Oversee month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and financial statements. u2022 Utilize NetSuite to manage and track financial data effectively. u2022 Collaborate with leadership to create and maintain budgets and forecasts. u2022 Provide light human resources support, such as assisting with employee records, as needed. u2022 Supervise and provide guidance to an assistant handling accounts payable tasks. u2022 Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. u2022 Generate detailed financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. u2022 Assist with special projects and tasks as directed by management. Requirements u2022 Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, preferably in the construction or a related industry. u2022 Proficiency in NetSuite is required; experience with QuickBooks is a plus. u2022 Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. u2022 Demonstrated expertise in month-end close processes and financial reporting. u2022 Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. u2022 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping. u2022 Ability to work independently while collaborating with a small team. u2022 Familiarity with businesses in the $5-25 million revenue range is preferred.
