Job Title

Manufacturing Engineer- Make process and machine improvements to maximize press efficiency- Create or modify job procedures to improve operator effectiveness and efficiency- Enforce operating procedures to ensure the highest quality product- Assist Product Development Engineers in developing new products, requiring covering all shifts and weekends as needed by Production and Engineering- Assist Engineering team in making design changes that will maximize part efficiency and reduce quality defects at the press- Support the forging supervisor in the review process- Support department personnel and tasks- Manage documents related to the forging process- Analyze tooling failures- Analyze microstructure, grain flow, and hardness results- Assist Quality team with part defects to further improve the forging process- Other duties as assigned by supervisor
