Shift Details: Holidays:Weekends: Job Summary: Responsible for the development, implementation,and maintenance of the assigned scopes within the network and unifiedcommunications infrastructure for Froedtert Health. This infrastructureprimarily includes Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco PCCE,WebEx Teams, Cisco Emergency Responder, Singlewire Informacast Fusion,Vocera, and Pagers. The position will work closely with other teams toensure that the network infrastructure delivers at a service levelconsistent with organizational risk, information access requirements,and business strategies. Promote teamwork, stewardship, andaccountability. This person must provide updates regarding theperformance and availability of network infrastructure and proactivelywork to resolve problems. This position works to improve or maintain ahigh level of system performance through the implementation of soundtechnologies and the consistent use of generally accepted networkingbest practices. This role will also provide cons ulting on moderate tocomplex IT initiatives. Other duties as assigned EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:0-3 years of related IT experience is required. Experience in ahealthcare setting is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Knowledge ofcomputer/network principles at a level normally acquired throughcompletion of an Associate's degree in a relevant technology field oracquired through a combination of education and experience is required.SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Requires strong written and verbalcommunication skills. Customer service orientation and stronginterpersonal skills necessary in order to work effectively within theInformation Technology department and with other operationalstakeholders.
