Description We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in managing invoice processing, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This position requires strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of accounts payable processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Process invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies. u2022 Verify invoice coding and prepare documents for approval. u2022 Conduct regular check runs to facilitate timely payments. u2022 Maintain organized records and documentation for all accounts payable activities. u2022 Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and inquiries. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper coding and documentation. u2022 Reconcile accounts payable transactions and monitor for potential issues. u2022 Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. u2022 Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions. u2022 Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company standards. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role. u2022 Proficiency in invoice processing and coding. u2022 Familiarity with check runs and payment procedures. u2022 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. u2022 Effective communication skills for working with vendors and internal teams. u2022 Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. u2022 Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
