Looking to add an experienced hybrid Tax & Estates Paralegal to the Pittsburgh officeu2014someone who wants to play a meaningful role in sophisticated estate and trust matters while working alongside a highly respected team. Requirements Responsibilities: + Prepare and support a wide range of tax filings, including individual, fiduciary, estate, inheritance, and gift tax returns + Assist with estate and trust administration from start to finish + Maintain and organize corporate and fiduciary records with a high level of accuracy + Manage complex documentation and ensure compliance with filing requirements + Partner closely with attorneys on high-level client matters Qualifications: + 5+ years of substantive estates & trusts paralegal experience in a law firm + Strong working knowledge of Pennsylvania probate process, Orphanu2019s Court procedures, and estate/trust law + Experience with tax prep software and estate administration systems (Lackner a plus) + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + Strong communication skills and a high level of professionalism and discretion + Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and document management systems (iManage preferred) + Hybrid schedule offering flexibility and work-life balance + Exposure to sophisticated estates and tax work + Stable, nationally recognized firm with long-term growth potential + Collaborative team environment with strong attorney support Compensation & benefits: + Competitive salary based on experience + Generous PTO and holiday schedule + Medical, dental, and vision coverage + 401(k) plan + Paid parental leave + Commuter benefits Robert Half is the worldu2019s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
