Job Description

Welder - WEEKLY PAY - $24/Hour _As a Welder, you will be tasked with welding and fabricating structural and miscellaneous members, including columns, beams, trusses, vertical and horizontal bracing, stairs, rails, ladders, and frames. You should have the ability to MIG weld, read blueprints, and input layouts for machines while being capable of lifting 50+ pounds._ Responsibilities + Welding and fabricating structural and miscellaneous members such as columns, beams, and trusses. + Reading and interpreting blueprints for project layouts. + Performing MIG welding tasks. + Operating hand tools efficiently. + Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Skills & Qualifications + Passing a Horizontal 2G weld test in the GMAW process. + 6+ months of experience in welding structural components. + Job tenure of 6 months to 1 year in most recent roles. + Punctuality and reliability in attendance. + Ability to remain on feet for the entire workday. + Proficiency in MIG welding. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Capability to lift over 50 pounds. + 6+ months experience in reading blueprints and using a tape measure. + 6+ months of hand tool experience. + 6+ months of hand welding experience (non-production). Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
