This role involves working with compositematerials, molds, and equipment while maintaining safety and production efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare molds, materials, and equipment for composite production processesCut, position, and apply composite materials such as fiber mats and fabricsPerform lamination, infusion, and injection processes according to specificationsInspect materials and finished components to ensure quality standards are metIdentify and address minor defects, including trimming and reworkSupport production line operations and workflow efficiencyClean and maintain molds, tools, and equipmentFollow work instructions, safety standards, and PPE requirementsMaintain a clean and organized work environment (5S)Minimum QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredExperience in manufacturing or composite production preferredSkills and CompetenciesAbility to work with composite materials and toolsAttention to detail and qualityAbility to follow instructions and production processesStrong work ethic and reliabilityEmployer is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
