About the Role The Receptionist provides 24/7 front desk coverage to ensure safety, security, monitoring, and support for tenants within the residence. Primary Responsibilities u2022 Monitor facility interior and exterior areas to ensure safety, cleanliness, and security.u2022 Allow access only to authorized individuals.u2022 Report serious incidents or sensitive issues immediately and complete required documentation.u2022 Assist in executing emergency plans under direction of supervisor.u2022 Monitor and document entries in staff communication logs.u2022 Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.u2022 Attend required meetings, supervision, and trainings.u2022 Comply with attendance requirements and maintain schedule flexibility.u2022 Assist social service staff with tenant accountability and appointment reminders.u2022 Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
