The Opportunity - Flexo Operator Helper Shift: 2nd (3pm-11pm) Pay; $21.59/hr to start and then $23.43/hr after probation (plus $0.50 shift differential) Position will train on 1st shift for 3-4 week We are looking for a safetyu2011focused and detailu2011oriented Flexo Helper to support our flexographic printing operations. In this role, you will assist press operators, perform equipment setup, conduct quality checks, and help maintain efficient production flow. This is a handsu2011on, fastu2011paced manufacturing role that is essential to delivering highu2011quality printed products to our customers. What Youu2019ll Do Press & Production Support Set up, adjust, maintain, and operate flexographic press equipment. Conduct makeu2011ready activities including installing anilox rollers, plates, inks, and dies, ensuring optimal print quality. Clean, lubricate, and perform minor adjustments on equipment to maintain production standards. Notify supervisors when repairs or replacement parts are needed. Deliver finished materials to designated production areas. Quality & Safety Perform routine quality checks in line with print specifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operating guidelines. Understand and comply with documentation associated with the printing process. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Assist in training other team members as assigned. Support other printing processes as needed. Work with crossu2011functional departments, including maintenance, on various projects. Contribute to LEAN initiatives focused on safety, waste reduction, quality, and cycle-time improvement. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1-3 years of related experience in manufacturing, printing, or similar mechanical environments. Ability to read, write, and follow simple instructions. Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Basic computer proficiency. Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Proficient with basic hand tools. Strong attendance and reliability. Willingness to work overtime, including during peak periods. Ability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Physical Requirements Stand up to 8 hours per shift and walk between work areas. Frequent bending, twisting, crouching, and kneeling. Ability to grasp and handle materials with hands and fingers. Lift up to 50 lbs. Navigate stairs and move throughout the facility for the duration of the shift.
