Assistin the education of other staff memberstothe function and maintenance of these systems.Assistin preventive maintenanceprogramby oiling, replacing filters, cleaning, etc.Obtain supplies, equipment, or services, which enable maintenance to be completed.Movefurniture,changeslight bulbs andassistswith pest control.Assisthousekeepingdepartment in turning over vacant units.Track maintenance work orders,vacancyand preventative maintenance on a computer spreadsheet.Assistwith custodial duties incommon areasof the building.As directed, perform interior and exterior repairs and painting.Educate tenants about the correct use of apartment amenities.
