Job Description

Primary Job Functions:HUD ReportingResearch and compile annual income documentation, medical & pharmacy charges, and general account expenses for HUD tenants through EIV, Integrated Pharmacy statements, and General Ledger Account information within Great PlainsPrepare and submit all background checks within HireRight for all tenantsPrepare and submit all move in and move out documents in RealPagePrepare and submit annual recertificationsPrepare and submit all interim certifications and gross rent addendumsPrepare and submit monthly vouchersPrepare and submit annual rent contract renewals via OCAFPrepare all documentation and coordinate with program managers and AHS Vice President & Chief of Staff to facilitate proper completion of tenant filesPrepare and send out all program specific notifications such as rent increases, inspections, certifications, Regularly audit tenant files to ensure accurate record keeping and documentationAssists with the compliance related to HUD inspections throughout the yearPrint all mandatory EIV reports monthlyMaintain and update HUD and EIV policies and Maintain the HUD Communications shared email.Attend conferences and classes to maintain knowledge and to learn new rules and regulationsCoordinate resident moves with clinical and purchasing teams for community apartments/housing.Work with apartment complex management to obtain leases, renew leases and process rent payments monthly.Other Housing duties as assignedGrant ReportingPull grant employee listing from appropriate folder and add to the grant software, AmplifundReview payroll dates and request paystubs for the appropriate draw period. Add to AmplifundPull certified timesheets from Amplifund as add to the appropriate grant folderRun grant expense reports in Premier for the appropriate draw period and add to AmplifundPrepare grant payroll based on AltaPointe’s and funding agency rules.Audit grant files to make sure all supporting documents are in the grant fileOther grant duties as assignedAdministrative and Other Related Duties as assigned:Actively participates in Performance Improvement ActivitiesActively participates in AltaPointe committees as requestedCompletes assigned tasks in a timely mannerTreats consumers with dignity and respectWorks in a cooperative manner with other AltaPointe employeesFollows AltaPointe policies and proceduresReceives and responds to inquires of HUD & Grant matters promptly and courteously.Performs other duties as assigned.Associate’s degree in business or related field. Three to five years of related work experience may be used in lieu of education requirement. Applicant should have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to process and analyze large volumes of electronic data or handwritten data. Proficient with computer applications including Microsoft Office, Outlook and Electronic Health Record systems. Has the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Working knowledge of HUD rules and regulations is a plus. Working knowledge of grant preparation is plus. Knowledge of HIPAA and relative compliance is a plus.
