We are seeking an experienced Electrician / Panel Builder to lead our division in electrical panel building, focusing on detail orientation and leadership qualities. Responsibilities + Build and assemble electrical panels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. + Utilize blueprints and schematics to complete projects. + Work with hand and power tools to assemble panels. + Maintain high attention to detail throughout the building process. + Collaborate effectively within a team, working in groups of 1-2 to tackle each panel type. + Ensure quality assurance and quality control standards are met. Essential Skills + 3-5 years of experience as an electrician. + Proficiency in blueprint utilization and schematics. + Experience in electrical panel building. + Strong attention to detail. + Skilled in using hand and power tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with live wiring, MIG welding. + Knowledge of fabricator, aluminum, metal band saw, and drill press. Why Work Here?
