Job description Location:Burlington, ON Pay:Competitive hourly wage based on experience (to be discussed) Schedule:Full-time | Day Shift | Monday to Friday Overview: We are currently hiring a licensed 310T Truck and Coach Technician for a leading fleet operation in the transportation and logistics industry. This company supports critical freight movement across Canada and the U.S., including agricultural supply chain logistics. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance & Repair Operations Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and diagnostics on heavy-duty trucks and trailers Troubleshoot and repair systems including brakes, steering, transmissions, engines, and wheels Complete inspections and road tests to ensure mechanical integrity Recommend and source necessary parts and supplies Maintain proper documentation and update work orders accurately Follow all safety and regulatory standards Team Collaboration & Leadership Support a positive team environment and contribute to training and mentoring of junior mechanics Share technical knowledge and support peer development Communicate effectively with internal departments on repair progress and needs Health & Safety Compliance Promote and follow all OHSA standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Participate in safety and process improvement initiatives Qualifications: Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License (required) Minimum Valid driver’s license Strong diagnostic and repair skills across all major truck systems Excellent organizational and communication skills Comfortable using maintenance software and Microsoft Office tools Why You’ll Want This Role: Work with a well-established, safety-first employer in the logistics sector Stable, full-time day shift with competitive compensation Collaborative environment that values growth, mentorship, and employee development Opportunity to work on a well-maintained and modern fleet Benefits and additional perks available after probation (to be discussed) Apply today to take the next step in your mechanic career with a respected industry leader!
