Description: You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Sr (Level 3) for the PAC-3 Munitions Acceleration team. Our team is responsible for the successful execution of a large rampu2011tou2011rate effort with a heavy focus on supporting proposals, collaborating on makeu2011where decisions, and driving tooling from identifying the need to delivery and proveu2011out. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Engineer Sr (Level 3) you will be responsible for supporting proposals and coordinating the identification, design, procurement, delivery, and proveu2011out of PACu20113 tooling. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: + Generate Tangible Item Lists (TILs) and labor estimates to enable makeu2011where and makeu2011split decisions + Plan budgets and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) activities, and coordinate makeu2011site efforts + Write Tooling Action Requests (TARs), develop tooling Statements of Work (SOWs), and manage priorities for design, fabrication, and proveu2011out + Consolidate complex tooling status data into actionable insight for leadership and USG customers + Drive crossu2011site and supplier collaboration to ensure timely delivery and successful verification of tooling Why Join Us The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detailu2011oriented selfu2011starter who thrives in fastu2011paced environments. Basic Qualifications: u2022 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Electrical Engineering u2022 Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) u2022 Ability to travel domestic and/or international u2022 Experience supporting the design and fabrication of manufacturing tooling u2022 Ability to obtain a Secret Security clearance Desired Skills: u2022 SAP application experience u2022 Windchill / MPM Link Experience u2022 Experience driving the implementation of automated manufacturing processes u2022 Experience in design for manufacturing / design for automation u2022 Experience creating and/or interpreting Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) u2022 Experience managing project cost / schedule u2022 Experience working with Government customers u2022 Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams/projects across multiple locations u2022 Demonstrated competency in Computer Aided Design (CAD) software (PTC Creo Preferred) u2022 Proven ability to improve cost, schedule, quality and/or safety Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
