Job Summary and Qualifications As a Patient Flow Coordinator,you’llplay a critical role in ensuring patients receivetimely, efficient, and compassionate care from the moment they arrive in the Emergency Department.You’lloversee patient movement, balance department resources, and work closely with clinical and operational teams tomaintaina steady flow that supports both quality care and staff efficiency. Through collaboration, communication, and quick decision-making,you’llhelp minimize wait times, improve patient experiences,andenhanceoverall department performance.
