Description We are looking for a service-oriented Workplace Experience Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. In this on-call role, you will provide exceptional front desk and concierge services, ensuring a detail-oriented and welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position is ideal for individuals with a background in hospitality, luxury service, or customer-facing roles who excel in multitasking and maintaining composure under pressure. Responsibilities: u2022 Greet visitors and staff courteously and provide concierge-level assistance. u2022 Manage food and beverage setups for meetings, including preparation and cleanup. u2022 Operate and maintain coffee machines, ensuring supplies are replenished and equipment is clean. u2022 Handle receptionist duties such as answering inbound calls and managing inquiries. u2022 Utilize Microsoft Office and Slack for communication and administrative tasks. u2022 Maintain a detail-oriented and business-appropriate appearance at all times. u2022 Provide same-day support for urgent coverage needs as required. u2022 Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and address any immediate needs. Requirements u2022 Prior experience in hospitality, luxury service, or customer-facing roles. u2022 Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset. u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Slack is preferred. u2022 Ability to manage multiple tasks calmly and efficiently under pressure. u2022 Comfortable with food and beverage handling, including setup and cleanup. u2022 Willingness to work on an on-call basis with flexible availability. u2022 Attention to detail in appearance, adhering to business attire standards. u2022 Ability to complete background checks and drug tests as part of the onboarding process.
