Job Description The Senior Product Manager, International Restaurant Operations Excellence sits within the Americas Pod and owns Operational Excellence across inu2011store technology. This role leads the strategy, roadmap, and execution of technology solutions that power how restaurants operate day to dayu2014including POS, frontu2011ofu2011store (FOS), backu2011ofu2011house (BOH), kitchen systems, menu management, and driveu2011thru technology. This role is critical to ensuring restaurant technology is reliable, scalable, and delivers clear business impact across international markets. As the primary product and technology partner for Central and South America, this position works closely with Operations, IT, Supply Chain, and regional leadership to enable consistent, efficient, and highu2011performing restaurant execution. Key Responsibilities -Own the product strategy and roadmap for restaurant operational technology across the Americas, with a strong focus on POS and kitchen systems -Serve as the point owner for inu2011store technology, including POS, BOH, kitchen systems, menu technology, and driveu2011thru platforms -Partner closely with restaurant operations and regional leadership to identify opportunities to improve execution, efficiency, and consistency through technology -Support rollout, optimization, and continuous improvement of operational systems used by restaurants and field teams -Act as the primary product and technology partner for Central and South America, ensuring solutions are scalable, locally relevant, and aligned with regional needs -Analyze operational KPIs and system performance to understand the business impact of the restaurant tech stack and drive datau2011informed decisions -Support new restaurant openings and market expansions by ensuring operational technology readiness and stability -Collaborate with external technology and hardware vendors, managing partnerships and influencing roadmaps where appropriate We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
