This role is the first point of contact for clients and plays a key part in ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience.What You’ll DoFront Desk & Client ExperienceGreet and welcome all showroom clients with a professional, friendly demeanorAnswer and direct incoming calls; take messages as neededServe as a liaison between clients and warehouse staffMaintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environmentMonitor and restock office and showroom suppliesAdministrative SupportMaintain open order reports for the sales teamManage Sales Associates’ calendars and appointmentsProcess returns, damage claims, and shipping issuesHandle showroom payments and daily cash reconciliationCoordinate delivery scheduling with the Branch ManagerAssist with warranty claims and showroom events as neededWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious receptionist or administrative experience preferredStrong Microsoft Outlook and calendar management skillsExperience with ERP/CRM systems (training provided)Ability to manage a multi-line phone systemExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong attention to detail and follow-throughSelf-motivated with the ability to multitaskSchedule & BenefitsMonday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)Competitive hourly pay: $25-$28/hourHealth and dental insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and sick timeAdditional benefits offeredUSD $25.00 - USD $28.00 /Hr.
