This role ensures production efficiency, product quality, and adherence to safety standards while supporting and guiding temporary team members in the area.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor bottling line equipment, including fillers, cappers, uncasing, and case packing systemsPerform equipment changeovers to support production needsTroubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational issues in a timely mannerConduct routine maintenance and assist with preventative maintenance tasksPerform quality checks to ensure product meets company standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentFollow all safety, quality, and operational proceduresProvide guidance and direction to temporary employees supporting the linePhysical Requirements & Work Environment:Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds without assistanceAbility to operate industrial equipment as requiredAbility to move between workstations and production areasAbility to work near moving mechanical partsComfortable working in wet and humid conditions (non-weather related)Exposure to loud noise levels (hearing protection required)Potential exposure to electrical components and associated risksAbility to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as neededRegular, reliable, in-person attendance requiredAbility to read, write, and maintain accurate documentationMinimum Qualifications (Required):High school diploma or GED equivalentMinimum of 2 years of relevant experienceGood physical condition, including ability to stand for extended periods, climb stairs/ladders, and perform repetitive movements (bending, kneeling, squatting)Good vision and manual dexterityStrong attention to detailEffective verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience communicating across multiple levels of an organizationCompletion of an apprenticeship program, technical school, or associate degreePrevious experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment (2+ years preferred)
