The Ford Idaho Center is a unique combination of three venues under one complex: Ford Idaho Center Arena, Ford Idaho Center Amphitheater, and Ford Idaho Center Sports Center/Horse Park. The complex is flexible to meet the needs of events of all types and sizes.Greet and direct customers entering parking lotsCommunicate parking and event information to the publicSelling/taking parking ticketsCount back correct change as neededAbility to use mobile device to take credit/debit card payments on sitePark cars quickly and efficientlyMonitor lot during events, immediately contacting a supervisor as issues ariseProvide positive and friendly experience to all customersSet up signs, parking cones, and stations prior to each eventIdentify and problem solve parking issues; prevent when possibleProvide excellent customer service assistance to internal and external clientsReport to the parking supervisor for any other duties asked to perform for each event.High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferredAbility to work both independently and as part of teamMust have a demonstrated ability to function in a fast paced, high-pressure environmentMust have the ability to work flexible schedule including long hours, nights, weekends and holidays.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in the English languageMust be comfortable working with the publicRequires strong interpersonal and communications skillsAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
