The ideal person will be informed and organized in documentation of transactions and thrives as a materials coordinator (Shipping, damaged goods, returns). This 1st shift role is hands-on, working directly on the warehouse floor with heavy machinery to ensure shipments are processed accurately, safely, and on time. If youâre detail-oriented, safety-focused, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this could be the right fit for you.Key Accountabilities:Maintain accurate records of items shipped and received.Oversee safe and reliable packaging of all outgoing shipments.Process items for shipment according to established guidelines and procedures.Review shipping notices, bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records to determine priorities, assignments, and shipping methods required to meet schedulesâ”utilizing knowledge of procedures, routes, and rates.Review all international shipment documentation to ensure compliance with applicable standards.Maintain timely, effective, and professional communication with internal and external customers and suppliers.Perform record keeping, filing, and other administrative duties as required.Follow all company safety policies and immediately report any accidents to a manager or supervisor.Carry out other duties as assigned by the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor.Consistently demonstrate TKMNA Employee Attributes/Competencies.
