Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join a dynamic non-profit organization in New York, New York. Responsibilities: u2022 Process invoices efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies. u2022 Manage data entry tasks with a high degree of precision and attention to detail. u2022 Prepare and submit expense reports, verifying supporting documentation. u2022 Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies when needed. u2022 Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing and correspondence. u2022 Analyze financial data and generate reports to assist in decision-making processes. u2022 Utilize Abila MIP and Excel to perform daily accounting tasks. u2022 Ensure timely communication with vendors regarding payments and inquiries. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in Abila MIP and Microsoft Excel. u2022 Demonstrated experience in accounts payable and invoice processing. u2022 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. u2022 Ability to handle data entry tasks with speed and accuracy. u2022 Familiarity with expense reporting and related documentation. u2022 Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
