Job Title: Lift Truck Operator (LTO) Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday u2013 Friday, 8:00 AM u2013 4:30 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Lift Truck Operator (LTO) to join our team. This role is responsible for safely handling and moving product within a freezer environment while maintaining efficiency and accuracy in daily operations. Key Responsibilities: + Unload and reload trucks in a timely and safe manner + Stack, up-stack, and down-stack product as needed + Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials + Maintain organization of inventory within the warehouse + Assist with general warehouse duties as required + Collaborate with team members to clean and sweep the freezer and cool dock at the end of each shift Work Environment: + Freezer and cold dock environment (cold temperatures) + Proper cold-weather attire is required Requirements: + Prior experience operating a forklift and/or pallet jack preferred + Ability to work in a cold/freezer environment + Strong attention to safety and detail + Team-oriented with a strong work ethic + Ability to lift and move materials as needed Dress Code / Equipment: + Warm clothing required for freezer conditions + Employees are encouraged to bring their own cold-weather gear (limited gear available on-site) + Composite toe shoes are recommended (steel toe also acceptable) + Note: Footwear is not provided As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
